I’m not sure if you’ll get the specific white or green plastic tables you mentioned, but you could always just use tablecloths. Any party rental business would have the tables and chairs. You could also try the fire hall, vfw, a church, civic organizations such as Jaycees or Lions Clubs, or your equipment rental places like RSC, Grand Rental Station and such.
